Using Jung/Myers Briggs, over the years I've come out the same every time:

Using the Strengths Finder 2.0, book, apparently I'm a bit like this
1. Strategic
People who are strong in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
2. Individualisation
People who score high in Individualisation are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person.  They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.
3. Connectedness
People who score high in Connectedness have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.
4. Learner
Learners have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve.   Makes sense.
5. Futuristic
People who score high in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could be. They inspire others with their visions of the future.
